04.11.2016: EMPOWR THEFT THROUGH SUBSCRIPTION FEES!.. PROOF!...
I asked my coach and the Empowr support team before why EMPOWR
does not refund a person for the difference in Subscription fees when multiple
Power Level Upgrades are performed within a SINGLE month?
There is clearly something wrong with the EMPOWR system if only
FULL Monthly subscription fees are collected and no refunds are processed for
the difference in days on a specific level.
A large GREY area to be rectified if this is what is intended by
the EMPOWR FAMILY, thus exploiting fully the situation and to the detriment of
the community!
I apologize in advance if I AM wrong, but the onus is now placed
on EMPOWR to proof me wrong as TRANSPARENCY is key..
I mentioned before that you (EMPOWR) are being tested by the
EMPOWR community to build TRUST in your system, your methods, your promises and
delivery thereof to the empower people.
The mere fact that you have not fully investigated this
IRREGULARITY regarding multiple power level upgrades within any specific month
and the non-refunds of subscriptions - partially or in full - does not mean
that it is right!
It is blatant THEFT of funds as your subscription fees are
MONTHLY costs and can be calculated on a daily basis as indicated on your Power
Level model.
I have my reasons for exercising my right and choice to remain
on a specific level for any period of time, as I feel that I can cope with the
minimum requirements expected of me to post, list, share and bid on that level
for now and as a very active member of the EMPOWR community.
At this stage the above is as clear as mud and needs to be
cleaned up and reshaped to reflect honest dealings with integrity.
All I expect from EMPOWR is to live up to their promises, to BE
the CHANGE in comparison as to how businesses used to be run in the past and
old world and service the Empowr community with dignity as you need ALL
committed and dedicated members to make EMPOWR a huge success and example to
others to follow.
In closing,
LEAD BY EXAMPLE and don't find excuses for mistakes, glitches,
errors and irregularities which can be rectified if there is a WILL to do so.
We will wait for your response in this regard.

get a refund for subscriptions when we upgrade eg 2nd Degree Orange to Star
Orange within a week? I would like to power up to Basic Green when "My
Balance" reflects the refunds. What is the situation with regard to

you only have 72 hours to upgrade again or downgrade after you have already
upgraded your power level.
To get more profits to power up focus on selling more to gain more profits.
How long has it been since you increased your power level? Has it been more
than 72 hours? If so then you cannot increase it again until you have
enough profits for basic green or refund it anymore because 72 hours has
passed.

Denise I would advise you to let the earnings accelerator increase
your power when you have enough profits. When you ask for a refund
you may not get the full amount you paid for the power user
subscriptions.
I advised you to continue in and work to increasing your power level.

From 11th September 2016 - joined Empowr until 12th September 2016
Subscription fee for Month: USD 6.00 (USD 0.20 per day)
Pro-rata calculation for 2 days: USD 0.40
EMPOWR used USD 6.00 (not partially refunded when upgraded to
higher power level)
2) Second Degree Orange
From 13th September 2016 - 17th September 2016
Subscription fee for the Month: USD 50.00 (USD 2.00 per day)
Pro-rata calculation for 5 days: USD 10.00
EMPOWR used USD 50.00 (not partially refunded when upgraded to
higher power level)
3) Star Orange
From 18th September 2016 - 29th September 2016
Subscription fee for the Month: USD 100.00 (USD 3.00 per day)
Pro-rata calculation for 12 days: USD 36.00
EMPOWR used USD 100.00 (not partially refunded when upgraded to

72 Hours to reverse Power Accelerator Upgrade
Pro-rata calculation for 2 days: USD 34.00
EMPOWR used USD 500.00 (Not partially refunded when upgraded - now
down graded back to Basic Green.
Month of October 2016 funds collected by EMPOWR: USD 750.00
Payment due and calculated on Pro-rata basis should be: USD 170.00
Refund due (DIFFERENCE); USD 580.00
Reason: By using the Accelerator Upgrade one is pushing the Earned
Matured Funds payment out by a further (additional) 30 days plus
initial 90 days waiting period, now 120 days as can be seen with
the screen shots below.

Every time by upgrading to a higher level the Matured Funds payment
gets pushed out by another 30 days - hence moving the goal posts
just out of reach for a pay-out "after" 90 days. A never

immediate benefits whilst the newbies are financing the few at the
top and not the Empowr Community as claimed in your videos?!

refund is made to My Earned Matured Funds for the overcharges.

As I have not heard from you as yet, I decided to exercise my
right to go back to my Basic Green level within the 72 hours
window period, as mentioned to you in my correspondence of
yesterday until such time that clarity surrounding subscription
fees are resolved and more specifically multiple upgrades within
a specific month with no refunds from EMPOWR.
After down-grading myself manually from First Degree Green to
Basic Green again within 24 hours,
I noticed that EMPOWR had refunded me a reduced amount of USD
216.67, instead of the full USD 500.00 per month cost for the
First Degree Green subscription which was deducted from My
Matured Balance and statement dated 17th October 2016. Why? As
your subscription fees are quoted per month and I had already paid
the full monthly amount of USD 250 on the 30th September 2016 for
the Basic Green level.

I would like a full explanation in this regard.
Again this information is not freely available to the EMPOWR
community to make informed decisions about Power levels. I feel
that information around subscription costs etc are to be
transparent.

refund without any further delays.

Another day had passed, still no answers from you nor any
refunds were passed by EMPOWR, as calculated and mentioned in
previous email regarding subscription overcharges.
Upon checking my Daily Earnings Statement today 19th October
2016, I noticed that ANOTHER subscription fee for Basic Green
for an amount of USD 250 PER MONTH was deducted yesterday after
reverting back to Basic Green Level from First Degree Green
Level!! Why?
An option given to everyone without restrictions.
Please find herewith my screen shot of my Daily Earnings
Statement as proof of this error:

This means that I have paid USD 500 for this month for a Basic
Green Level instead of the USD 250 per month cost ALREADY PAID
IN FULL on the 30th September 2016 for Basic Green?!

Please be so kind to escalate this query to management if it is
not within your power to attend to this query, now queries.
I trust that EMPOWR will refund me the full USD 250 (duplicated
charge for Basic Green and the full USD 500 subscription fee
for the First Degree Green less USD 216.67 already refunded
towards the First Degree Green subscription as mentioned in my
email of yesterday.
The above refunds exclude the overcharges of September 2016 as
mentioned in my email of 2 days ago.
Please be so kind to confirm the above and how fast this
problem will be rectified.

you think it is fair as you do not walk in my shoes and
therefore I simply cannot accept your answer or reply and I
quote again: "you shouldn't downgraded is you earn
less and you are now out of contention for the accelerated
matured cashouts."
As the Accelerated Matured Cashouts are calculated on profits
of sales as a result of bids, I AM not too interested in
that for now as a lot more issues are to be resolved with
regard to bids, sponsors etc. A topic which I will address
in the very near future with you, your Empowr team and also
Blog as well. I have read far too many comments regarding
issues with coaches, bids, listing and sponsoring of items
on peoples' walls for it not to be addressed!
Your response with regard to my "manually
purchased" power level does NOT make sense, as I

30th September 2016 for an ENTIRE MONTH and have not
authorised Empowr to BUY it again and your blabbing about
